Flexibilty, strength and balance improvement using Pilates and Yoga movements to upbeat music. This fast paced class will push you beyond your limits, using your own body weight and resistence to get stronger and leaner!
A fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone and chisel using the ballet barre. Bootybarre is designed to accommodate various fitness levels, without high impact movement, but very intense work to kick-butt and get those muscles shaking and sculpting!
POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 55-minute series. Strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!
You just have to come to experience it! At every Happening you’ll enjoy a cardio workout full of dancing to all the best funk songs from decades past, paired with strength training using light weights and high repetitions.
Hatha and restorative yoga are offered for students of all levels. Our instructors are amazing and deliver feelings of relaxation, peace and strength to every person experiencing the class.
